Yes, to areas close to our business. We have free delivery to Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Holiday, New Port Richey, Odessa, Trinity, Port Richey, Hudson and Spring Hill. However, we charge a delivery fee for towns further out, including West Pasco, Pinellas, South Hernando, and Western Hillsborough. Yes, we thoroughly clean and sanitize our inflatables after each rental.

The inflatables need to have a blower running at all times. The blower can be plugged into an outlet with or without an extension cord. If you don't have access to power in your yard, you can rent a generator from us for an extra fee. The generator comes with a full tank of gas.

Bounce houses and inflatables can be set up on flat concrete or grass. We can not set them up on severely broken concrete, uneven land, or rocky surfaces. If you have a fenced yard, you'll need a gate that's at least three to five feet wide for most units.

Each inflatable is sized differently, so if you have a small yard, please ask about the size of the unit(s) you're interested in. A typical bounce castle is around 15 by 15 feet. You will need a few extra feet on each side so we can attach ground anchors to the units.

Be sure you have a large, clear area that is clear of debris and animal feces. Please do not cut your grass within two days of the unit's arrival. (The grass clippings stick to the vinyl and they're hard to clean off.)

Yes. Some castle bounce houses have themed banners. You can choose from Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Frozen, Jojo Siwa, Unicorn, Happy Birthday, Superheroes, Teenage Mutant, Ninja Turtles, or Little Mermaid. There is an extra $10 for the banner. Or you can choose to rent the unit plain, without the banner.

Yes. We are only responsible for our own negligence; not yours. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. You will be required to sign a rental agreement and form that lists specific terms and conditions of the rental.

An adult will have to sign a waiver that indicated you understand the risks of using our inflatable units. We are not responsible for injuries or property damage. You also agree that you are liable for any damage to the units.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, if your party needs to be rescheduled, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to severe weather. This is rare, but when it happens, a full refund is provided.

Yes, most of the time. On rare occasions, a unit may need to be serviced. When this happens, we will substitute a unit of equal or greater value.

There's a $50 deposit when you reserve the unit. The remainder of the payment is due when the unit is delivered to your house.

Yes, click here to view the rental contract. For our protection and yours, a contract must be signed before we will set up a bounce house or inflatable unit.
